KEY FEATURES: Remove and replace siding, trim, balconies, decks, fences, railings, stairways, doors, facia, gutters and downspouts. Repair carports and exterior lighting. Remove and replace concrete sidewalk and curbs where necessary. Build new storage areas. Remodel laundry rooms. Remove and replace garbage and recycle enclosures, complete with new foundations, concrete slabs, block walls, metal roofs and iron gates.
