PROJECT SCOPE : Clubhouse interior & exterior complete with lobby, offices, exercise room, restrooms and kitchen. 23 two story buildings with 242 apartment complex with laundry rooms and carports.

DIRECTION: Waterton Property Management, Steven Niles & Dino Mostardi

KEY FEATURES: Remove and replace siding, trim, balconies, decks, fences, railings, stairways, doors, facia, gutters and downspouts. Repair carports and exterior lighting. Remove and replace sidewalk and curbs where necessary. Build new storage areas. Remodel laundry rooms. Remove and replace garbage and recycle enclosures, complete with new foundations, concrete slabs, block walls, metal roofs and iron gates.
