DEMOLITION
The demolition required at most residential sites is usually related to only remodel and addition type construction. Sometimes a lot of demolition is required on the existing house in order to proceed forward. Or sometimes it is a matter of taking the top off of a house in order to go upward. Or sometimes it is a matter of lifting a house in order to install a new foundation and convert a basement to a new level.
